After eight weeks of Blueberry picking, the season is finally at an end. We will hopefully open again in late May of 2022. It has been a blessing to meet so many wonderful people this summer, and I’ve been a part of so many incredible conversations that I’ve had to write them down. Denise and I are so proud of the way that our kids, Kyle and Sophia (and their friends and cousins), have stepped up during the season to do the hard work to make it happen. They took the rain and heat in stride and I feel like I’ve watched them grow up in real time right in front of me. Never underestimate what kids can do when they are challenged! They will amaze you.
