Moorhead Blueberry Farm will open July 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th from 6am to 9pm so you can have your Red, White and Blueberries for the holiday! We’ll be picking Brightwells, Powder Blues, and the last of the Tiff Blues. The Blueberries are smaller but sweeter, and you’ll pick them by the handful. It’s been an amazing season and I’m not sure how much longer it will last. We’ve missed the recent rain so the ripening blueberries are coming out smaller because there are so many of them. You can see in the pictures that there are many to pick, but the blueberries are not in as many sections as they were last weekend. It should be a calm, relaxing weekend at the farm.
